Royalty Comes to Town
Part of the joy we have in travelling the country is meeting up with old friends, sharing a pint or two and reminiscing about old times. These past 2 days have been rather special as we picked up our friend Lauren who’s not only a lovely guy, but rather an inspiration too. At the fine young age of 67 he’s decided to bike solo across the US in support of scholarship funds for children in India. I touched on the start of his journey a month ago or so ago on the blog, and he’s now made it to Flagstaff, 820 miles and 15% of his journey. I must say that Nina and Paul entertain in royal style!
